Our Web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address of each visitor to our web site. We do collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We also collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Refund Policy 

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have the following options:

     1.  You may exchange your unused purchase for another item

         Or,   

   2.  You may return your unused purchase for a full refund.  To prevent fraud, all refunds will be charged back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item(s). 

You as the customer are responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

Items purchased may be coming from different warehouses and will be shipped by one of the common carriers.  They will be shipped the most economical way.  A shipping and handling charge is assessed on each item.
